La Piantagione
Maria Cristina Llach started her own plantation in 1984. She is passionate about her La Haciendita Estate, located at 1500 mt asl and the great Specialty coffee it produces, focusing on an ongoing effort to protect the natural flora & fauna that inhabits the plantation. Handpicked red cherries are depulped and desmucillated mechanically and then dried on African bed. The cup shows a full body and floral aroma with medium low grape acidity and chocolate aftertaste.
