The plantation
Dimtu Tero farm is stretched over 151 Ha land in Odo Shakiso at 1808 – 2128 m, where the natural environment is favorable to produce some of the best coffees of Ethiopia. Getachew Zeleke, the founder, works with 136 registered smallholder farmers who collectively own 989 hectares of land. Coffee production and processing are done in an organic, socially responsible way. Handpicked and perfectly ripe cherry are dried on African bed. Tropical fruit flavour, full body, winey acidity and brown sugar.
