El Tigre

Finca El tigre is located in Tecapa Chinameca regions, a vulcanic area in El Salvador at around 1100-1200 mt asl. It is owned by Llach family and it’s specialized in Sun dryed natural coffee. Only Red Bourbon. Cherry are handpicked at perfect ripness and then put on African table to dry slowly for 28 days. The cups is super fruity with cherry aroma, medium body, over ripe apricot, chocolate and a winey citric acidity.

Produced in the region of Tecapa Chinameca and processed with the natural method. Aroma of ripe cherry, notes of dried apricot and cocoa. Medium acidity and full body.
