The plantation
The Agua Sarca farm is located in the city of Dipilto, Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua. It spans a total of 69 hectares, entirely dedicated to coffee cultivation and owned by Isacio Albir. Isacio pursued university education in agronomy. Upon completing his studies, his father specialized in coffee cultivation, marking the beginning of Isacio’s journey into the coffee-growing world. For over 30 years, he has been actively involved as a coffee grower and a member of a cooperative. This coffee offers fruity and almond notes in the cup, along with hints of milk chocolate, dulce de leche, and lime.
